Servant Leader Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)

Tru X’s Strategy for developing the systems that we will use to develop our concept is to pool the vast resources of knowledge and power that we have in our communities to change the harsh reality of Black life in America. We can create an atmosphere and do the job of creating our own jobs to start rebuilding sustainable Black communities. 

Thom Burrell theorized in his book BRAINWASHED that we were bred to be lead. We were indoctrinated to believe the myth of Black inferiority,  “the lie that somehow we were less than that as good as white people.” “We have to make sure that we restore our race-based self-esteem so that we can go out and pull together as a unit to get this issue solved.”  gained from over four hundred years of being the prime movers in building America

Servant Leader Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)is a process level improvement training and appraisal program.

  1. Product and service development — CMMI for Development (CMMI-DEV),
  2. Service establishment, management, — CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC), and
  3. Product and service acquisition — CMMI for Acquisition (CMMI-ACQ).

We want to bring together the best thought leaders experienced in organizing, developing, and managing businesses and systems and challenge them to sort through all the best practices to come up with an agile methodology for Tru X. We will then establish benchmarks so that we know where our productivity, quality, and velocity are compared to benchmarks. We will continuously improve practices and metrics.

We will develop a membership information management system that will include an operational membership information file so that we know all of our members, including a clean address,  their preferences, type of products they use, and capture all of the interactions in the interaction history.
